Mimicry Experiment

In this project, you will be shown images of insects and asked to rate how similar you think they look. The project is designed to evaluate the presence of mimicry in some groups of insects. There are many thousands of combinations of insects, so you won’t see the same pair twice and the more that you can rate the better our data will be! No information about you will be stored, and you are free to stop the experiment at anytime simply by closing your browser window. If you consent to take part then you can start the experiment by clicking the “Start” button below. If you do not wish to take part then please close this window now. You are welcome to return to the site at any time in the future, and we greatly appreciate any time you could spend to help us.
